EGI have published their annual statistics for office acquisitions in 2007's Central London Agents Market Share League Table.
Devono are industry leaders in tenant representation and have acquired more offices for businesses than any other property company in 2007. Devono have beaten the second placed company CBRE, who are reportedly the largest property company in the world, by an impressive 43%. Devono hold 4% of the market share for deals done in 2007 and successfully acquired a total of 344,365 sq ft of office space in London.
