Devono have secured their position as industry leaders in tenant representation for a second consecutive Year.
For the second year running, Devono acquired more offices for businesses than any other property company in London according to the the "Central London Agents Market Share League Table 2008" Carried out by the Estates Gazette (EGi), beating second place rival CBRE, who are reportedly largest property Advisors in the world.
Devono were responsible for 10% of all acquisitions carried out in Central London. In addition, Property Week awarded Devono 2 prestigious awards of the " TOP 5 Most Active Top Agent in the Westend and Southbank"
