Arabian investors will soon have a choice of commercial property bargains to pick from, according to middle-eastern publication, Emirates Business 247.
It reported Leslie Kent, a shareholder director in JM Capital Markets discussing the possibility of interesting 'bottom fishing' opportunities, which could arise when the market hits its low.
He predicted the market had someway yet to fall, saying "it is going to get worse before it gets better".
Mr Kent is of the opinion stock prices will continue to lower for the next two years or so and an October stock market crash is unlikely.
The current state of the market is opening up opportunities for foreign investors keen to capitalise on low prices.
"This sort of opportunity only comes in a really severe recession, and that appears to be where the UK is heading right now," the publication claimed.
