Modern offices going green A seminar emphasising the benefits of the 'green' office has been announced in which business leaders will be shown how to transform their office space.

Hosted by Morgan Lovell, the event will draw in property, facilities and business managers to the firm's headquarters in London, where a traditional 1960s building will be given a modern facelift.

Entitled, Sustainable Office Design and Fit Out: A Case Study, the seminar is scheduled for May 14th and is designed to show how sustainability and corporate objectives can be combined in the modern-day office.

Morgan Lovell managing director, Andrew Bradley, commented: "The seminar will be packed with good advice for anyone overseeing an office design, office fit out or office refurbishment, or anyone responsible for sustainability or the reduction of energy bills."

The design of an office can even have an impact on productivity according to experts – views of water or effective lighting, for example, have been said by some survey to produce a motivational effect on workers.
