An asset management firm has revealed that it has received planning permission for new London office space.
Beltane Asset Management has received permission to create around 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at St Paul’s House, 10 Warwick Lane.
The project, with design work to be overseen by Ben Adams Architects, will see the building undergo a vast refurbishment. A ground floor car park will be converted into offices, while three of the existing levels will see an expansion and a new sixth floor added to the premises.
St Paul’s House’s location, adjacent to Paternoster Square and near The Old Bailey, makes it an ideal location for new city office space.
Duncan Roe, a Beltane partner commenting on getting the go-ahead, said: “We will shortly appointing a contractor and are pleased to announce the we will being on this exciting new scheme at the end of the summer.”
Hinting towards future plans, Roe said: “We are also currently running our slide rule over a number of potential opportunities both in the City and the West End.”
Beltane own a number of properties in London already, with 38,560 sq ft of office space located at St Mary at Hill and a further 9,000 sq ft of space at 12 and 14 Mason’s Avenue.
