What they said about DeVono
What they said about Office Agency We worked with DeVono in order to acquire a new London office. DeVono combine what appears to be a rare combination in the property industry of expert knowledge, commercial astuteness, and enormous appetite to deliver the best possible outcome across all of the leasing points. As the negotiation process wound to a conclusion (with the vast majority of points having been settled in our favour I should add) they were again hugely impressive in their willingness and ability to identify and fight successfully the right battles of the ones remaining and to marshal our solicitor throughout this period. We were impressed by their commitment to the task, and would have no hesitation in working with DeVono again. What they said about Relocation Management We appointed DeVono Relocation Management to project manage our office relocation. It was a clear decision for us to make as we didn’t have the expertise to deliver this project internally and we were working with DeVono for the office acquisition. From the outset DeVono compiled a detailed brief which accounted for our every requirement and then diligently procured the design and fit out service. We felt completely involved in the project through regular meetings and communication and we made every decision with concise advice from DeVono; aware of our opportunity cost at every stage. DeVono guided us step-by-step through the entire process and this enabled us to make clear partnering decisions with suppliers and vendors. Once we started the works on site, DeVono managed this process efficiently and testament to this we moved in on time and budget. The coordination of the various suppliers and the phasing of the works was handled with due appreciation of our business crucial timescales and this didn’t hinder the quality of the end product. On the whole, our experience working with DeVono Relocation Management has been rewardingly positive and their professional approach has resulted in a great working office. We would happily work with DeVono again and this to this end would recommend their service. |

What they said about DeVono
Following a face to face meeting with the Freehold/Long Leasehold department of DeVono, within a few days they had sent us the details of a property that very much matched our requirements. After initial viewings with Rob Hills of DeVono and subsequent viewings with myself and some of the SSAFA Forces Help Trustees, our offer was accepted by the vendor. From our initial meeting to the point of exchange was only 2 months. At every stage, DeVono provided us with the support to purchase our new Head office. Thank you DeVono for your efforts, I would have no hesitation recommending you. |
