Devono have secured their position as industry leaders in tenant representation for the third year
For the third year running, Devono acquired more offices for businesses than any other property company in London according to the 'Central London Agents Market Share League Table 2009', carried out by the Estates Gazette (EGi), beating second place rival CBRE, who are reportedly the largest property advisors in the world.
Devono were responsible for 11% of all acquisitions carried out in Central London. In addition, CoStar awarded Devono the prestigious award of the 'TOP 5 Most Active Agent' in Southbank and West End.
Devono also jumped 4 places to 6th place, in terms of square footage acquired in Central London.
