Our vision gives purpose to our business and acts as the cornerstone, linking our actions to our strategic goals.

The reason why we exist as a business is because the Commercial Real Estate market in the UK is hugely biased towards landlords.

We challenge the status quo and create a platform where occupiers are given the same rights and commercial advantages as landlords.

We believe occupiers have the right to work with advisors that they can trust and who would never jeopardise their position to a fair and equal negotiation.

That is why DeVono Cresa exists today; it’s why we do what we do.

Our vision is to be the pre-eminent occupier only firm in the UK.

THE Values

DeVono Cresa’s business values are our core principles that guide us in the way in which we do business. 
They are part of everything we do and sum up what our business stands for and what makes it special.
They help drive behaviour and they inform us as to how we make decisions.
Our values were established by a companywide exercise, involving every individual within the DeVono Cresa business and not dictated by senior management.  
We believe values can only be upheld and adhered to by the DeVono Cresa team who are ultimately held accountable to them, if they are joint owners in their design. 
Guided by these shared values, our teams perform at a higher level.
