Though it may be simplified to think that the main contractor is obliged to fulfil the site duties, managing the process on site during the practical stage often makes or breaks the remainder of the programme.  The resultant outcome is the difference between a successful outcome and potentially a costly alternative.   

Depending on the practical requirements and the complexity of the on-site stage, we provide assistance in a varying degree of responsibilities from weekly meetings and client feedback to undertaking valuations, performance targets and programme and costs management. 

We identify the requirements for this stage once the briefing has been completed.  By outlining the crucial parameters, we look to achieve these in order that you have the reassurance that the programme and costs will be managed on site in a professional manner.
