DeVono Cresa are delighted to have successfully acquired a prime City of London Freehold office building totalling 27,000 sqft.

The process of the search and negotiations was very exciting and happened over a very short time period of 2 months which is unusual for a project of this size and scope. The initial face to face brief meant that we were able to unearth the ideal office building straight away and despite competition from other bidders our offer was accepted even though we did not offer the highest sum. This was due to the quick speed our client was able to act to complete the transaction and their commtitment to purchasing the building. Contracts were then exchanged in 15 days with DeVono Cresa proud to have been involved in yet another office purchase in central London for an owner occupier.
