AXA Real Estate plans to let new HQ offices in London

AXA Real Estate has announced that it will launch a new headquarters building – on the behalf of clients – that will feature around 48,500 sq ft of office space in London.

Situated at the heart of the London borough of Richmond, 1 Church Road has undergone an extensive recent refurbishment that has seen it given an “excellent” BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) rating.

The offices on the five upper floors of 1 Church Road, as well as the ground floor, have been completed to a grade A standard and feature air conditioning; while the car park has a capacity of 21 vehicles.

A rental rate guide has suggested a rate of £37.50 per sq ft.

Phllip Shalless, of AXA Real Estate, commented on the firm’s plans.

He said: “With a very limited supply of newly refurbished grade A offices throughout the London suburbs, this redevelopment at No 1 Church Road presents a rare opportunity for occupiers to secure a prime headquarters building in a very well-connected location.”
