Staff at BNP Paribas Real Estate have begun their move to new office space. London employees of the arm of the European banking and financial group will be taking up around 35,000 square feet of space at their premises at 5 Aldermanbury Square. It is expected to take around three weeks to complete the move out of their current buildings on Chancery Lane and Old Broad Street.
BNP Paribas Real Estate offers clients local and international real estate services. The move of London employees to Aldermanbury Square is a consolidation that also offers improved facilities for the group’s teams to work together, thanks to the arrangement of floor space. The group will also keep some office space in the West End, on Charles II Street.
The Aldermanbury space comprises two floors of a prize-winning 18-storey development. Eric Parry Architects won two awards in 2008 from the British Council, for the ‘Office in the Commercial Workplace’ category.
