A Dubai-based investment company has set up a business centre in the capital and is encouraging London offices to use it.
DIFC Global has built the centre in a Grade I listed building in Westminster which has been described as the “perfect environment… to host customers and partners”.
Governor of the DIFC Dr Omar Bin Sulaiman said: “DIFC Global’s offerings are designed to support companies in establishing and developing their businesses globally.
“As the financial industry in the Middle East grows, more and more global companies are looking to tap lucrative opportunities in the region.
“Likewise, companies in the region are targeting customers and building partnerships across the world.”
As well as executive suites and meeting rooms the London office space also boasts private booths and individual work stations.
Companies who already have London office space can rent out meeting rooms equipped with flip charts and projectors, video and audio conferencing and internet connections when they need them.
DIFC Global already provides serviced office space in the centre of Dubai’s financial district.
