Cancer Research, one of the most prominent charity groups in the UK, is set to relocate its main operations to an office space at the Angel Centre in London.
The Derwent London company specialises in enabling organisation to rent office space and it has agreed to the office relocation deal that could soon be worth several million pounds a year.
Around 263,000 sq ft of office space at the Angel Centre is to be occupied by Cancer Research and its staff look set to be working across the building’s ground, first, second and third floors.
The office space now earmarked for the charity and its employees had previously been occupied by BT, which will still be paying out several million pounds per year to Derwent London until March 2010 in line with a previous deal.
Having been founded as the result of merger in February last year, Derwent London claims to be among the leading office space suppliers operating in the capital.
