Carlton & Co, a specialist regeneration firm based in County Durham, has opened a new London office, according to an article published by The Northern Echo.
Located in Berkeley Square, the decision to open the new office has been taken to help the company meet the demands of the UK’s biggest pension funds – many of whom are investing in the residential sector.
Director of Carlton & Co, Craig Peterson, commented on the opening.
He said: “We are working with a number of London-based institutional investors including large pension funds, specialist real estate funds and their advisors who are keen to increase or enter the residential sector.”
The company’s co-director, Norman Peterson, also stated: “County Durham will always remain our main base but, the opening of our London office, operating alongside the Aycliffe office, will ensure we are well placed to support a range of partners in this dynamic marketplace and we will be on hand to accelerate the large-scale institutional investment into the UK housing sector.”
