Prestigious French fashion house Chanel has agreed a deal to rent office space in London.

Located at 158/159 New Bond Street, Chanel will take up 20,000 sq ft of office space, according to an article published by CoStar UK.

The offices, which sit above the designer’s flagship London store, will act as its headquarters. Chanel will pay a zone A rate for the office space, having agreed a lease of 25 years.

Chanel originally made the move to New Bond Street two years ago and recently been granted permission to double the store’s size .

Investment management firm, Rathbone Brothers, previously occupied the New Bond Street offices – paying a rate of £33.50 per sq ft; their 15-year lease on the space is set to expire in April.

New Bond Street has proven to be extremely popular with fashion brands in recent times; only last month Belstaff announced that they had agreed a 20-year lease for 135/137 New Bond Street.
