Property investment firm CLS Holdings has revealed that it has been granted planning permission for a new mixed-use development scheme, which will include London office space.
Located at Spring Mews, near Vauxhall Square, the scheme will feature space for student accommodation, a 120-bed hotel, a community centre, shops, cafes, as well as office space.
Overlooking the river Thames, the scheme will boost the regeneration of the South London district.
With the Victoria underground line, a number of national railways and bus services all located in close proximity to Spring Mews, the office space at the development is expected to be an attractive option for businesses once completed.
Having achieved planning permission, CLS’ executive chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said: “Gaining planning consent at Spring Mews is an important achievement for our plans in Vauxhall.
“Vauxhall is an area of London which we expect will see significant regeneration and growth in the next few years,” Mr Mortstedt  added.
