CLS Holdings, a British property investment company, has applied for planning permission for a refurbishment of its London office space, as well as the construction residential apartments.
The office, Clifford’s Inn, located at Fetter Lane will undergo a comprehensive redesign if the application is successful. Its lower ground, ground, first and second floors will be provided with a new look, whilst an infill extension will also be added to the building.
In the proposed plans the completed development will provide 3,433 sq metres of grade ‘A’ office space.
The apartments – eight in total – will be located on the front side of the first and seconds floors of the building. Each one will feature one or two bedrooms.
Subject to planning permission being granted,Â refurbishment is scheduled to commence in April next year (2013), with the completion date set for April 2014.
Sten Mortstedt, executive chairman of CLS Holdings, commented on the Â£9.1 million refurbishment plans.
