An IT client of ours needed to find a cost effective occupancy coupled with great flexibility in terms of fixed lease length.
The search parameter stretched from Victoria, SW1 to the City (Square Mile). A number of options were inspected with our client over a period of several months.
Negotiations on the two preferred office options were commenced and progressed. Heads of Terms were agreed by DeVono Cresa on both options and our client’s board were then presented with the available terms and asked to choose the most appropriate office space through costs and quality.
Solicitors were instructed on a property in the City of London, EC4 and the lease ultimately completed, realising significant savings across principal outgoings as well as terminal dilapidation liabilities.Share:
