The last of the remaining offices left for lease in London’s Covent Garden has now been snapped up by ICF Consulting according to a leading London office space provider.
ICF, a professional services and technology firm have grabbed the last remaining space at Kean House, 6 Kean Street, WC2.
The company have taken around 2,953 sq ft of space on the third floor which now takes the building to full occupancy. According to ICF they are paying £40 per sq ft for the space.
The building has recently undergone a refurbishment and now comprises of 21,500 sq ft of space set over nine floors with two large units at ground floor level for retail purposes.
It was sold in 2009 for £16 million after a major refurbishment in 2007, with other occupants of the building being made up from Costa Coffee and Adecco taking up the retail units and Virgin Green Fund among others occupying the office space over the other floors.
