The Crown Estate has let 23,000 sq ft of commercial property in London to Harvard Office Business Centres, Property Week has reported.
The building at One Heddon Street will be run by Harvard as part of its portfolio of commercial offices across the UK.
"All Regent Street office buildings developed since 2002 totaling 350,000 sq ft are now fully let demonstrating Regent Street really is a successful place for business as well as retail," said David Shaw, head of Regent Street strategy and development.
Harvard is due to vacate a separate Crown Estate owned property, Quadrant 1, before its redevelopment as a hotel, as part of a 1m sq ft scheme, the Quadrant.
Regent Street is perhaps better known for its retail properties, which attract thousands of shoppers every year.
One Heddon Street will operate under Harvard’s Locartis brand, a worldwide office space provider, which offers day offices and virtual office spaces.
