A customer service company used by brands including O2, Kempinksi and Sony UK is set to open a new London office in light of heightened demand for their services.
Medallia is one of the global leaders in SaaS Customer Experience Management (CEM) and are responding to strong demand for its software platform amongst customer experience leaders in European markets.
Currently over 50,000 businesses and business units across the globe use the Medallia system as a way of tracking their customer satisfaction.
Martin Green is set to lead the efforts of the group as they utilise the London base as the firm’s formal Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) headquarters for sale and service. He will operate as VP EMEA – drawing upon his previous experience as a VP EMEA at Merced Systems as well as leading EMEA operations for Satmetix.
