The first half of 2015 has been very successful for DeVono Cresa and all the London commercial office occupiers that we have had the pleasure of representing. This is due to the £15 million in occupational savings that we have achieved through the negotiation processes of new sites.
In the first quarter of 2015, DeVono Cresa acquired 19 office buildings for leasehold tenants and saved them a total of £8.5 million. In the second quarter, 17 offices were acquired with savings totalling £6.6 million.
May was particularly exciting as 11 of our clients, with an average office size office of 6,723 sq ft, were rewarded with savings totalling £4.7 million, which is an average of £433,744 per business.
