The client is a leading not for profit organization dealing exclusively in countries where natural resources and armed conflict occur in tandem.
The Head office is in New York and they needed a new leasehold London HQ, preferably in the Holborn (WC1) or City areas (EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4).
Once the brief was given, a detailed search was undertaken and several good options were considered, but the client settled on a great refurbished building in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral.
