With our clients approaching a lease expiry on their Holborn, WC1 office space we set out to try and come to an agreement with their existing landlord on a reversionary lease. After detailed conversations and negotiations it became clear a satisfactory agreement could not be met which would fit in line with what an occupier should accept in this current market.

As a result DeVono Cresa worked towards finding an alternative office option and after a detailed search a suitable alternative was found and secured in Fetter Lane, London, EC4 for close to 7,000 square feet on a single floor on a new lease.
