DeVono Cresa worked with a leading global Public Relations and communications agency to find alternative premises for their fast growing business.
DeVono Cresa provided advice on the overall strategy, suitable locations and financial budgets. We also gave them a detailed analysis of the London office market. Once this strategic review had been concluded, it was decided to concentrate the office search within the Shoreditch, EC2 area.
After conducting various viewing tours with the client, we helped them establish three potential properties as suitable alternatives.
Once each option had been analysed and space audited, the property measuring just under 10,000 sq ft on Wilson Street, EC2 became the preferred option and negotiations commenced to secure the property.
We managed to secure exceptionally competitive leasing and financial terms for our clients after multiple rounds of negotiations. The legal process was successfully completed over a 6 week period and the client then engaged DeVono Cresa’s Project management team who commenced with the fit out of the new premises.
