In 2013, DeVono Cresa saved its clients, by acting on their behalf in the negotiations of their office lease, a substantial total of £27,801,000.
DeVono Cresa only ever works on behalf of commercial occupiers and therefore only ever has commercial tenants interests at heart. We use our extensive market knowledge to make sure that occupiers achieve the absolute fairest and lowest levels of occupational costs alongside the highest and largest landlords incentives.
These savings are calculated based on savings made from reducing the marketed levels of rent, service charges and overstated sizes of the offices as well as rent free periods or capital contributions.
In November, we achieved £2,488,092.50 of savings for just one client who we moved to Southwark, SE1. In December, our biggest month, we had 9 clients who benefitted from £14,271,962.86 of savings.
We would encourage every London office occupier to make sure that they are represented by a firm of qualified surveyors who only ever act for tenants.
