DeVono Cresa Secure Deal for Client in Less than 4 weeks, in East London, E1

Our client is one of the UK’s leading authorities on teaching children to read. 

They came to us with the aim of wanting to purchase an office for their new HQ, as they had several offices in various locations.

The brief was to find an interesting and productive space in central London.

DeVono Cresa advised on suitable budgets based on a variety of central London locations, while also advising that all general locations should be considered. This lead to the Eastern fringes of the City of London becoming a main point of focus due to as the type of buildings available as well as there being a greater availability than nearly all other locations.
  
After 6 properties were sourced and viewed, a clear favourite emerged in Shoreditch, E1, however this turned out to be unsuitable for a variety of reasons, so our clients attentions turned to an off market opportunity in Spitalfields, E1. 

Located on Sandy’s Road this property offered the right amount of expansion space with a development perspective.
 
A price was agreed and the transaction took less than 4 weeks, from the initial viewing to contract completion.
