The City’s top commercial property dealers have been revealed in the 2007 EGI acquisition tables.
Top of the league is DeVono Cresa Limited, which completed nearly double the number of deals of its nearest competitor.
The firm, which specialises in letting commercial property in London, had 344,365 sq ft of acquisitions last year and is the industry leader in making deals on commercial lettings.
Director Robert Leigh said the firm had grown through its client recommendations and was delighted with the results.

In second place, with 47 deals was CB Richard Ellis, followed closely by Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge with 36.
In terms of space Jones Lang LaSalle was number one, with more than one million square feet of acquisitions and a 12 per cent market share.
