DeVono Cresa Successfully Advise a Tech company in The City of London, EC1

Our Technology clients required a new London office as they were expanding exponentially and wanted to grow their London presence.

They are the leading internet security technology company, providing customers with uncompromised protection. 

Initially they were unsure about their exact office needs, so following a DeVono Cresa strategic review a strategy was implemented and incorporated commercial space for a subsidiary in Hampshire and the search began.

The search predominantly focused on a City core location including EC1, EC2, EC3 and EC4 postcodes. 

To be sure that all relevant office options were considered, so that an informed decision could be reached, 27 buildings were viewed over a 4 month period and a building on Chiswell Street, EC1 was selected as the preference. 

Leasing terms were negotiated swiftly by a DeVono Cresa surveyor and the transaction completed in a relatively short period of time, with DeVono Cresa driving savings in excess of £75,000 over the course of the lease.
