DeVono Cresa work with medical rehabilitation company for the second time

Having advised our client once before in acquiring their offices in Olympia, they now wanted our help relocating their head office in Maidenhead into London. 

They are one of the most well-known companies within the health rehabilitation industry and their clients include some of the most famous international celebrities.

DeVono Cresa met with them in order to advise on a strategy for the project and give them a clear understanding of current market conditions, appropriate locations, budgets to consider and required time frames. 

We undertook a detailed search and commenced viewings of 6 buildings in a variety of locations which were quickly followed by additional viewings in Hammersmith. DeVono Cresa provided a cost comparison in respect of all short listed options and reviewed it with the senior management. 

Negotiations then begun on the single preferred office option. The building on Hammersmith Road, W14 measured just under 7,000 sq ft.  

We negotiated 12 car parking spaces at no additional cost to our client, a favourable rent free period of 20 months and a very attractive rental reduction.

Heads of Terms were agreed between all parties and DeVono Cresa had regular discussions between our client and their solicitor in advancing the leasing agreement as well as giving advice on the licence for alterations and a building survey.
