The client is a leading provider of digital concepts and works with some of the leading companies in the UK.
They have rapidly expanded since their inception only a few years ago and therefore required DeVono Cresa’s help with sourcing a new office.
The original search areas were Shoreditch, E1, Bermondsey, SE1 and Clerkenwell, EC1, all known as excellent hubs for creative businesses.
Eventually a perfect office with amazing natural light and high ceilings was found in Clerkenwell, EC1, and a great deal was negotiated on their behalf.
