A cinema advertising firm has snapped up London office space at Regent’s Place.
Digital Cinema Media has reached an agreement with British Land to occupy 7,700 sq ft of office space at 350 Euston Road.
British Land director of London leasing, James Danby, said: “Digital Cinema Media are a great addition to Regent’s Place and we look forward to welcoming them to 350 Euston Road.
“It has been an exciting time for Regent’s Place, with a number of companies, from a variety of sectors, poised to move in.”
Regent’s Place is a 13 acre development located between King’s Cross and Paddington. 350 Euston Road is part of the huge mixed development including offices, retail and residential space, and is home to Balfour Beatty Capital, Elexon and Capital One, amongst many other firms.
Work on the Regent’s Place development concluded this autumn after work at 10 Brock Street was completed. That building is already let to a number of high profile names including Debenhams, social media giant Facebook and Premier League side Manchester City.
