The first tenants have been signed at Ealingcross, the new office scheme at Uxbridge Road in Ealing. A2 Dominion, a housing association, have signed a 10-year lease for the 17,200 square foot first floor of the Grade A London office space, at a cost of £29 per square foot.
The joint Standard Life Investments and Neptune development was completed in Autumn 2009. It boasts a total of 135,000 square feet of office space over eight floors, of which over 115,000 square feet currently remains unlet. The site has excellent transport links: 18 minutes to Heathrow Terminal 1 by train and 22 minutes to the West End by tube.
In keeping with modern environmental design demands, the office building boasts excellent green credentials. It is highly sustainable and exceptionally energy efficient, with an EPC rating of B and a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. The building is also compliant with GLA energy policies.
