Media firm Emap are set to relocate to new offices in London following a rebrand by its parent company, Top Right.
Known for publishing fashion industry magazine Drapers, Emap’s new office will be located at Telephone House, Paul Street in the Silicon Roundabout area of the capital. Top Right’s 4C division – the home of information businesses, including Planet Retail – is also set to relocate – to the AirW1 office building, located in Regent Street.
Top Right explained that the decision to relocate the companies to new locations had been taken with plans to eventually sell them in mind; the move will allow the companies to “have the space to develop their unique potential,” Top Right told the Guardian.
Duncan Painter, Top Right chief executive, said: “New buildings will enable 4C Group, Emap and i2i Events, to further develop their individual business identities, working practices and cultures.
“We see these moves as important developments for Top Right Group and our standalone operating companies and are integral to our growth agenda.”
