This client engaged DeVono Cresa after several months of searching for suitable office space on their own.

They are the largest operator of open-top sightseeing tours in the world, providing sightseeing tours in thirteen cities across three continents.

DeVono Cresa took a detailed brief from them and advised on the current market in order to further evolve their brief.

We quickly sourced several options, showing our clients a range of suitable buildings, including several off market opportunities.

A property on Buckingham Palace Road, SW1 measuring just over 7,300 sq ft was shortlisted. 

The landlord’s agent advised us that we were up against three other parties negotiating on the same building. However, DeVono Cresa’s relationship with the agents and ability to negotiate a tenant friendly but attractive deal to the landlords made sure that our clients secured the office space.
