A small number of very specific buildings were inspected due to the lack of available office space and their specific brief. A building in the NW1 postcode was quickly identified as the outstanding option.
Negotiations began on the single preferred option and the premises were successfully put under offer less than 4 weeks after the initial client brief and strategy was established.
