Commercial law firm Fladgate has completed a five-year-long plan to move from its existing premises in two Mayfair buildings to a single larger location in Great Queen Street, Covent Garden. The consolidation sees the firm take on an additional 10,000 square feet of London office space, taking the total space let to 43,000 square feet.
The firm recently instructed a commercial property estate agent to let some of their former office space. London’s West End is currently quite a competitive market, and it is hoped that the property, which is available at a quoted rent of £39.50 per square foot, will be occupied quickly.
Fladgate also marks its 250th year in business this year, and anticipates that the extra space will be necessary for their expansion as the market improves. The prestigious location will also be a draw to certain clients, bringing with it a new catchment area and corporate image.Share:
