DeVono Cresa have successfully renewed the lease in London’s Piccadilly, W1 for the world’s 4th largest recruitment firm.
DeVono Cresa initially carried out a full assessment of the company’s existing property commitments in the UK through a strategy review. This included cash flow analysis of the costs involved together with advice on potentially amalgamating other offices to save on the business group overheads.
DeVono Cresa also carried out various viewing tours with the client to both compare the existing premises with current availability and potentially find a new home for the company. However, after taking into consideration various scenarios DeVono Cresa advised that remaining in the existing accommodation was the most suitable option.
DeVono Cresa proceeded with agreeing terms for the renewal of the lease.
