European real estate company Hammerson has secured a further three tenants for its 125 Broad Street development in London, adding another 45,000 square feet of let space to its books.
The Broad Street building comprises 320,000 square feet of grade-A London office space and a further 13,000 square feet of retail and storage space. The new tenants raise the total leased space to 69 per cent by income.
The largest new tenant was Landmark Business Centres, which provides serviced office space in London. Landmark leased 26,600 square feet on levels 6 and 7 for 15 years.
Shariah-compliant investment bank Gatehouse leased 11,000 square feet for 10 years at £50 per square foot, with 31 months rent-free. Property development group AMCO also took a 10-year lease on 7,500 square feet at £47.50 per square foot. Over 200,000 square feet of the development have now been allocated.
