Luxury estate agents Harrods Estates are to open their new London office in Kensington this month. Having been in Kensington for the past two decades, their latest office will be their fourth in the area.
Joining in 2010 from London agent Moretons, head of the new office, Nicholas Shaw, will manage 8 members of staff in the building. The office is designed to focus primarily on international investors.
The 1, 272 sq ft. office space on Kensington Church Street will take care of sales and lettings, asset management, property management and new development services.
As luxury estate agents, Harrods say that Kensington is ideal for their new offices as the area is in strong demand for international investors. Shaw said: “As a local resident, I know and love the area, which is popular with families, professionals and those seeking to be near the range of excellent UK and international schools, particularly the British, French and Americans.”
Harrods Estates director, Shirley Humphrey, said “Nicholas’ years of experience as an estate agent and local knowledge made him the perfect choice to head up the new office on Kensington Church Street.”
Harrods Estates intends to expand their office footprint over the next five years to other prime locations throughout London.
