i2 has come close to filling its new development of serviced office space in London. The company’s development, Devonshire House, in Marylebone, has seen a 90 percent take-up rate in the last three months – a pattern also seen in their other recent development in Milton Keynes.
The company’s vision is to use cutting-edge technology to their clients’ best advantage, and in keeping with this Devonshire House is kitted out with ultra high-speed internet connections and two board rooms for conference calls.
Philip Grace, i2’s CEO, commented on the news, ‘The fact that we have rapidly achieved such high occupancy rates at both of our new centres in a difficult market is a testament to the quality of our product.’
The recession gave a severe knock to the London office space market, although this has since substantially recovered. The particular trends that have emerged favour flexible office space, as companies seek ways to restructure and save on overheads.
