IFS relocates to new London office space

Print firm Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS) has relocated from its West London office to a new office in Hemel Hempstead.

The firm made the move from 11 Aintree Road, Perivale, to its new purpose built London office space last month.

IFS joint managing director, Bryan Godwyn said he hoped that the new premises would make the business more accessible for its customers.

Godwyn added: “The Perivale premises served us fantastically over the years, but it was an old building and we wanted to have a place where we could build our own showroom and technical centre.

“It’s probably half the size of our old premises but most of that was wasted warehouse and office space, so in terms of useful space it’s probably a lot better.

“We exchanged contracts on the new lease in mid September and got access to the building very soon after that. We’ve already moved all of our office staff in and all of our spares have been transferred.”

IFS’s new office includes a showroom and demonstration suite which is currently undergoing development but is expected to be completed before 2015.

In recent years Hemel Hempstead has become a sought after location for firms in the print industry. Situated close to the M1, there is great transport links, both rail and air.
