Leading transaction monitoring specialists, INETCO, are opening a London office in the Tech City area of Shoreditch.
INETCO offers analytics software for businesses to improve profitability and guide sales as well as customer experience. The company currently operates in 50 different countries but is just about to open an office in the Central Working Club in Shoreditch.
INETCO President and CEO, Bijan Sanii, said that, “Having a physical presence in the UK will greatly expedite INETCO’s expansion with the European banking, payment processing, and retail markets.”
INETCO is currently aiming to support the CTA (Canadian Technology Accelerator) program which helps Canadian companies gain better access to worldwide markets.
One of the company’s main aims is to help these businesses have constant access to real-time transaction data in the hope that this will counteract any issues approximately 75% faster and provide the best possible customer experience.
The company’s main software, Insight, provides banks and payment processors with the ability to view customer transactions whether they originate from ATM points, POS, or internet banking data. Insight is an in-depth look at the consumer activity to improve profitability.
Sanii added, “INETCO Insight has already been adopted by European financial institutions such as TNSi and Sinergia – we’re excited to build on these initial European inroads with the support of the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.”
