The St James’s and Mayfair areas of central London are traditionally where the financial based companies often like their offices to be based. Our client wanted to move away from this tradition and into a leasehold office in an alternative area of central London.
St James’s, SW1 and Mayfair, W1 were still considered as options, however Marylebone, W1 and Paddington, W2 were preferred if the right office space could be found.
In total, 16 leasehold offices were viewed with DeVono Cresa and we also provided all available options to the client so that an informed decision on the correct space could be made. A shortlist of 3 was made after a 2 month period which sat in line with the timing of the project that DeVono Cresa advised the client on at the start of our working relationship.
Each property had their merits, but there was a clear winner, which matched the initial brief better than the others from a financial and quality perspective.
