Pandora Jewellery UK limited is relocating to a 13,000 sq ft office space in London, Marylebone W1, according to propertyweek.com.
Pandora is one of the largest jewellery brands in the world and will occupy the ground floor of the Central London offices in a mixed-use building on George Street.
The contract is a 10-year lease and will cost the jewellery specialists £740,000 per annum, with a rental review after five years and an 18 month rent-free period.
A spokesperson for a leading property company commented: “We are pleased to have achieved a letting at 33 George Street prior to completion of the refurbishment. The rental level achieved demonstrates both the underlying strength of the West End market and the demand for our design-led product.”
