Private equity firm KCP, have moved to new London office space to add to its three other UK locations in Cambridge, Leeds and Birmingham.
The office selected by KCP is on Gray’s Inn Road and is ideal for boosting access to the Thames Valley, Gatwick and Solent regions. The move is also an attempt at building stronger links with investors and professionals based in the City.
Mark Fell, founding partner of KPC, said:” Since we launched KCP in 2007, we have made seven investments in exciting and high-growth businesses, while also significantly expanding our geographical coverage.
“This new office in London will help to strengthen our relationships with the business and professional community in the capital and support our goal to plug the funding gap for profitable, high growth businesses across the South East.
“Our arrival in London highlights not just the success and expansion of KCP, but also the growing demand for responsible, partner-led private equity investment in the mid-market,” he added.
One of Mr Fell’s duties will be to oversee the London and Cambridge offices. Gareth Evans from PWC transaction services team will be identifying new opportunities for investment within the city of London.
