A leading Manchester based advertising and PR Agency is set to open up a new London office.
The move comes as BJL looks to expand and strengthen its current offering into the UK capital.
BJL CEO, Nicky Unsworth, said: “The opportunity to launch in London and combine the energy, anticipation and optimism of a start up with the scale and support of an existing operation is rare. It’s fair to say we’re all very excited about it.
“With a fantastic team already in place, we’re looking forward to bringing on board a new generation of BJL talent drawn from our proximity to Shoreditch’s Silicon Roundabout as well as bringing through talent from outside London.”
Unsworth is confident the new London office will help the firm tap into a new client base, but will also encourage an array of talent to join the firm.
Based on Rivington Street in Shoreditch, the firm is now looking to recruit new team members under the strategic guidance of CEO Nicky Unsworth. Former Iris board director, Paul Bentley, will head up the operations on a day to day basis. For the time being however, two members of the current 84-strong Manchester team are set to relocate to London.
First opened in 1987, BJL now serves a number of clients including the likes of Subaru, Asda, Betfred and British Airways.
