After the first round of viewings, we undertook a detailed analysis and cost comparisons of all the buildings that we had viewed. We also advised on the pros and cons of all options.
Our client took on board all the information we had given them and from there created a short list of their preferred office options. The shortlist properties were then viewed by their senior management team.
DeVono Cresa were then instructed to commence negotiations on the favoured office space on Adam Street in fashionable Covent Garden, WC2.
We managed to negotiated favourable terms with the flexibility required and which were agreed along with multiple other savings within the Heads of Terms.
A Schedule of Condition was produced for our client and we check measured the space to look for further savings.
We continued to hold regular discussions with our client and their solicitor to advance the leasing agreement, which after an 8 week period was signed so that our client could commence their interior fit out.
