Initially DeVono Cresa were instructed to agree a reversionary lease with the reversionary landlord of the building where our client was currently in possession of a sublease approaching its conclusion. Despite terms being agreed in principle, the landlord stalled on progressing with legals to such an extent that we advised our client to consider alternative options and ultimately a full relocation.
Accepting this advice, we proceeded to report on the most suitable areas to consider and carried out detailed research of all available options. With the search area and budgets established, we undertook several building tours.
